Time and blubber has moved on and we are 1 week into the Big D.
This morning I weighed in 4 lbs lighter than last Monday. A pleasing total I must say, according to my ‘trend’ I’m on course for my goal at the end of February, my aim is for the middle of Feb, but we can work on that.
A good week despite getting the points system backwards is encouraging so we’ll see how this week goes.
